Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour intense ruby red colour with reflections of violet when young and tendencies towards orange upon maturation
Bouquet persistently intense and vinous during the initial period, upon maturity it attenuates such characteristics allowing scents of mature fruit and dried red flowers to emerge
Flavour a dry, slightly tannic, sapid and mellow wine
